now that all the flowers are in bloom.  I’m delighted to say that my gardening friends love their New Home picture, especially the cute little bees!

I’m a great fan of anything eerily atmospheric so this is my take on Mary King’s Close in Edinburgh.  Made from layers of dyed torn calico, hessian and scrim, this New Home picture was a design sample for a large wall hanging inspired by one of my favourite cities.
