Never one for discarding anything lightly I couldn’t send this well-worn wax jacket to the bin without salvaging some of it first.  I cut out the best bits to make this diary cover.  Best of all, there are lots of leftovers to use in other projects giving the fabric a new lease of life.

I’m wholeheartedly into repurposing clothes and if items are not fit for the charity shop I cut them up for my projects.  This New Home picture is made from scraps in my bottomless box of snippets.
