this little bookmark is coming along nicely after quite a lot of prepping.  As well as demonstrating this work in progress I’m getting the chance to show off my glittery Christmas nails!

on an order for a Long Walk bookmark.  Miniatures can be tricky as I’m more used to making wallhangings but I do like a challenge.

and ready to hang and I’m very pleased to say that the recipient was absolutely delighted!
Ps:  and if you look very carefully you will see some added extras – tiny bees that glow when they catch the light.

After painting the background, stamping on the flower bases and adding stems it was time to sew the iridescent dandelions.  It’s coming along nicely…
